Copper & Brass Anti –Tarnishing Compound
CopClin is an excellent single step brightening product without requiring any prior acid treatment for Copper, Brass and it’s alloys. CopClin imparts very good shine & lustre to Copper, Brass & it’s alloys.
CopClin is used directly without any dilution. It is used for dipping purpose in any plastic tank.
Steps for using CopClin
- Cleaning & Degreasing of Copper & Brass with soaking at Room Temperature in NST – 200 ( alkaline in nature ) (25 to 50 gm/lit. in water) or GreenWonder 10 ( water pH & safe ecofriendly ) solution for 5 to 15 min. for removing oil,grease - if any --- otherwise directly go to Step No. 3.
- Rinse with fresh water.
- Dip in CopClin for 0.5 to 1 min. ( if required then dip for more time )
- Rinse with fresh water.
- Drying in air
CopClin can be replenished in smaller amount to it’s tank or it can be used to it’s fullest power & then discarded, depending on the choice of user.
Handling : While using CopClin , one should use rubber hand gloves & avoid contact with eyes. Wash with plenty of fresh water & with soap in case of direct skin contact with CopClin.
